XIMENA SARIÑANA TRIUNFA EN LOS PREMIOS MTV Y SE LLEVA LA LENGUA POR ARTISTA REVELACIÓN LLEGA A DISCO DE PLATINO EN MÉXICO CON "MEDIOCRE" Ximena Sariñana triunfa en los Premios MTV Latinoamérica 2008, llevándose la lengua por Artista Revelación. La cantante mexicana fue también ovacionada por el público durante su exitosa participación en la gala de los premios, en la cual interpretó su primer sencillo, "Vidas Paralelas", respaldada musicalmente por el grupo Zoé. A la par de estos sucesos, cabe mencionar que el disco debut de Ximena, "Mediocre", es ya disco de platino en México por sus altas ventas a menos de ocho meses de su lanzamiento.
